The short version
A Melbourne Japanese import dealership. We build and run the platform, and we also own the dealership, which means we use this one ourselves every day.
The problem
A dealership website is only as good as how current it is. If adding a car is a job for later, the site is always wrong, and a buyer who drives out to see a car that sold last week does not come back.
What the platform does
- Stock entered once, live on the site straight away
- Listings structured so each vehicle has its own real page
- A vehicle feed that keeps external advertising channels in step with actual availability
- Pricing shown as a single drive away figure, as Victorian dealer advertising rules require
Behind the website
The public listings site is the front of a larger system. The dealership runs its stock, vehicle records, photography and pricing in a back end we built, and the website reads from it. A car is entered once. The listing, the photos and the price follow. Nobody updates the website, because the website is not a separate thing to update.
This is the same pattern we build for any business where the public site has to reflect what is actually true right now.

We run a licensed motor car trader, so we have had to solve compliance, advertising rules and stock accuracy for ourselves before selling that to anyone. When we tell a dealer what their website has to do, it is not theory.
