How we find it
We ask your team to walk us through a normal week and we watch where the copying and pasting happens. That is where the time goes, and it is usually not where management thinks it is.
Then we are honest about what is worth automating. Something that takes ten minutes a month is not worth building. Something that takes an hour a day is.
What it looks like when it is done
The work still happens, but nobody does it. A person checks the output instead of producing it. That is the goal: move your staff from data entry to judgement.
How we price it
Every build is different, so there is no list price. We work out what you need, then quote the whole job as a fixed number with a written scope. You will know the cost before anything starts, and it will not move unless you ask for something new. What it comes to depends on what you want it to do, so the first step is a conversation.
