This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, what we do with it, and how to contact us about it. What we collect

The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send us through the contact form:

• your company name (optional)

• the project details you type into the message field

When you submit the form, we also record your IP address and your browser's user agent string, which help us spot spam and abuse.

Please don't include sensitive information, such as health or financial details, in your message. You can browse this website without giving us any personal information.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, talk through your project, and prepare a proposal if you ask for one. If you go on to become a client, we use them to deliver and support the work.

We don't add you to a mailing list, and we don't sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Where it goes

When you submit the contact form, your details are stored in our database in Australia and also emailed to us at admin@infinitycode.com.au. The website is hosted in Australia. The email is delivered through Resend, a third-party email service, and may be processed on servers outside Australia.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We only share it with service providers who help us run this website and deliver email, or where the law requires us to.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets a session cookie so that it works properly, along with a security token that protects the contact form from forged submissions. We don't use analytics, advertising or other third-party tracking cookies.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing admin@infinitycode.com.au.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please email us first so we can try to put it right. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
